Joban Beauty products are personal-care items. Return, refund, replacement, and shade-match eligibility is governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before purchasing and contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

Do not submit confidential information or unsolicited product concepts. We are not obligated to keep general feedback or unsolicited ideas confidential or to compensate you for them.
